construction

The role of digital technology has increased significantly within the construction sector. Utilising realistic and immersive virtual sites, the simulation centre enables you to work on a construction site. By undertaking real life scenarios and interacting with real people in the safety of the simulation centre you can enhance leadership skills, behavioural health and safety, quality and productivity.

When the simulation first opened, our first course was delivered to the construction sector. Over the years, our sector bespoke courses have evolved to support industry development, creating the opportunities for participants to experience relevant and topical situations.

From dealing with day-to-day, high frequency situations around leadership, teamwork, health and safety, sustainability, stakeholder management, through to the lesser occurring, but significant impact situations such as incidents on sites, or other significant programme disruption.

Whether it be housing, high rise or major infrastructure, the simulation centre can tailor the courses to your organisation’s audience, processes and development – be it one-to-one or team training.
